Arama Gravins [halfling female]: Co-owner of Gravins Printworks. Bonded with Brother Simon over bookbinding (session 2).

Baldomar Beks [human male]: Majordomo of the Krembo-Simos estate (the High).
Bill Hook [human male]: Gang leader of the Water Birds (scrappers in the Bend). Heron told Barrax and Odysseus the name (session 1).

Cealfa [elf male]: Captain in the Edoran occupation forces. Oversees the Durendal Ironworks—now floatstone refinery (Gearworks). Owns an elven item of stealth.
Cecil [halfling male]: Used to run with the Water Birds. Now runs a repair shop (nets, tackle, etc) in the Bend.

Emra [halfling female]: Resident of the Low End; connected to partisans in some way.

Gabin Simos [halfling male]: Old money (Lord of Simos), though not much of it these days; the lion's share of wealth comes from his wife, Lady Sabrisse.
Gilea [halfling female]: Member of the Fifty Phoenixes. Cleric of Duahet.
Gisela [dwarf (Tvordal) female]: Soldier in Willem's squad. Rifle sharpshooter; currently has Willem's sounding horn. Sent with two other squad members to find Herst (session 5).

Hedel [human male]: Relic miner; part of Marius' crew.
Helena Claes [human female]: Co-owner of Claes Bakery (Low End). Wife to Marach, mother to Marius and Nicolas.
Heron [human male]: Member of the Water Birds scrappers (the Bend). Fought Barrax and Odysseus (session 1).
Herst [dwarf (Tvordal) male]: Soldier in Willem's squad. Last seen pursuing Odysseus (session 4).
Huli Verla [halfling female]: "Dilettante" who pursues various types of research in her converted windmill (Stonefeld). Offered her place to the group as a base of operations for relic hunting, in return for a cut (session 6).

Joh [human male]: Vegetable merchant (the Bend).
Johana [human female]: Relic hunter; girlfriend of Marius.
L
Lenart [human male]: Local handyman (Stonefeld). Owns a trio of storage sheds—one of which contained "living statues" that attacked the PCs (session 8), though he claims no knowledge of how they got in there. Husband of Marta, father of Tova.
M
Malbert Botha [human male]: Advocate (lawyer) for, well, whoever can afford him—plenty of wealthy and influential figures in town, as well as less savory types. Known for staunch loyalty to clients and rumored to be willing to play dirty on their behalf. Otherwise almost a recluse, not known for socializing even prior to the occupation—speaking of, revealed to be vehemently anti-occupation. Agreed to make a formal arrangement with the PCs, fronted by Keech, to lend slippers of spider climbing in return for using them in partisan efforts (session 9).
Marach Claes [human male]: Co-owner of Claes Bakery (Low End). Husband to Helena, father to Marius and Nicolas.
Marius […human? male]: Relic hunter; boyfriend of Johana. Last seen in the undercity ruins, transformed into some creature (session 3).
Marta [human female]: Homemaker (Stonefeld); wife of Lenart, mother of Tova.

Oktan [human male]: Owner of local pub Oktan's Hole (the Bend). Befriended by Barrax (session 1).
P
Padraig [human male]: Member of the Water Birds scrappers (the Bend). His father hired Keech to find him and encourage him to at least return home for a visit (session 1).
Petra [female human]: Priest (sister) of Gaer. Removed curse on Brother Simon, Barrax, and Malcis.
Q
Quena [elf female]: Captain in the Edoran occupation forces. Manages logistics for the Edoran forces (Stonefeld). Owns a rapier of warning.

Renholt [dwarf (Tvordal) male]: Soldier in Willem's squad. Slain during retreat from Low End to Dockside (session 6).
Rina [human female]: Ranking member of the Fifty Phoenixes; Malcis' "elder sister" (mentor).
Rolf [dwarf (Tvordal) male]: Second-in-command in Willem's squad. Had an uncanny ability to "switch" damage from himself to an ally. Slain during retreat from Low End to Dockside (session 6).
Ruben [human male]: Relic miner; part of Marius' crew. Big guy.

Sabrisse Krembo-Simos [halfling female]: Old money (Lady of Krembo and Simos; husband is Lord Gabin) socialite; known for donating to numerous organizations and causes, including the churches of the Greater Pantheon. Possesses item(s?) of Gaer (shield which Barrax is using in exchange for her keeping one of the orbs; she also has an amulet of the devout).

Tova [human female]: Adolescent daughter of Lenart and Marta.
Tramm [halfling male]: Relic miner; part of Marius' crew.
Tristan [human male]: Guard at the Krembo-Simos estate.

Vanja [dwarf (Kjerholt) female]: Secretary to the Representative of the Divine District. Kjerholt expat, along with her husband and son. Has provided lodging to Barrax and Odysseus in return for help against persecution.
Viktana Puma [halfling female]: A wizard of renown; a friend since childhood of Lady Sabrisse.
Vilfred & Vilhelm [human males]: Twin farmers (Stonefeld). Vilhelm was one of the locals who vanished in a rash of mysterious deaths and disappearances (session 8).

Willem [dwarf (Tvordal) male]: Sergeant of occupation squad, based out of Dockside. Slain during retreat from Low End to Dockside (session 6).
